The Managing Executive, Lindiwe Dlamini began her career in the real estate industry 22 years ago,at the Estate Agency Affairs Board. She moved onto the banking industry in 2004. Whilst still at Nedbank, in 2008,she and a colleague were tasked with the inception and implementation of the Home Loans Division Risk Management department, and she remained there until 2015.
Lindiwe holds a Master of Commercial Law: Enterprise Risk, and International law (Deakin University Australia); a Graduate Certificate AML/CFT (Deakin University Australia); a Post Grad. Diploma Compliance Management (University of Johannesburg); an Adv. Certificate in Business Ethics (University of Stellenbosch); Adv. Diploma in Management (GIBBS),as well as, a BA Law (University of Swaziland). She is currently drafting her PhD proposal in Business Ethics titled, “ A Framework for Ethical Leadership Competency in the Private Sector.”
She lead the ERM Framework Implementation Programme for Unisa. She has also lead the Southern African operations Enterprise Risk Management team at OUTsurance. The burning desire to make a difference in society lead to the establishment of EONIX in 2016.
